  • Accurately and promptly gather all essential data from partners to complete the deal registration process.
  • Assess and verify deal registration submissions to confirm compliance with predefined eligibility criteria, such as customer segmentation and product lines, and prevent duplicate entries.
  • Register and update deals based on established guidelines.
  • Facilitate the approval process by directing registrations to appropriate channel personnel for evaluation.
  • Resolve disputes when multiple partners claim the same opportunity, ensuring equitable resolutions through established procedures.
  • Monitor progress of registered opportunities through sales pipeline stages and generate regular reports on deal registration metrics.
  • Provide training and guidance to partners on the registration process, including eligibility requirements and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement to promote scalability and growth within the partner community.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
  • Essential: Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and at least 1 year of experience in channel or sales operations within the enterprise software sector.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency with channel program technologies such as Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, CRM tools, Power BI, and office productivity software.
  • Fluency in English.
Additional Information
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with the simulation/PLM industry and channel partner ecosystem.
