What you will be doing:

Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients.
Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.
Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.

Skills:


Should have an experience 7-9 year in financial services or a related industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a BA and minimum one year as Product Owner (PO).

Technical Skills:


Must HaveExperience on working with Banker & Teller applicationsExperience in working on workflow related applicationsExcellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, , executive, management, individual contributors.

Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clientsFormulates and defines scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of user experience, applicable business systems, and industry requirements.

Analyzes and documents user and business processes metrics, and identifies improvement opportunitiesProficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use casesDrives

Lead role in creating, prioritizing, and maintain development backlog.

ertificationCSPO Certification or Leading SAFe certification is a must

Desirable:

101 US Banking or any BA related certification.

QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
