Technical Drawings:

Project Management:

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Visualization:
Utilize architectural software to produce 3D models and renderings for client presentations and design reviews.

Material Selection and Specifications:
Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods based on project requirements and budget constraints.

Prepare specifications and material schedules for inclusion in project documentation.

Client Communication:


Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Present design proposals and progress reports to clients, soliciting feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

2+ years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
