**Job Title: Junior Architect**

Job Summary:
The Junior Architect will assist in the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. They will collaborate with Project Team and other team members to create innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements. The Junior Architect will contribute to various stages of the design process, including research, conceptualization, drawing preparation, and project coordination. They will also assist in site visits, construction administration, and documentation tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with Project Team to develop architectural designs and concepts.

Assist in creating and modifying architectural drawings, renderings, and models.

Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations relevant to projects.

Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and documentation.

Support project coordination efforts, including communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Attend site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress and quality.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable design strategies.

Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.

Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Proficient in graphic design and rendering software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
