The incumbent will be responsible to lead, manage and close all contract negotiations for existing and new suppliers.


For our Power Drive & Electricals Procurement category, we are looking for a Procurement Contract Specialist to ensure execution of main agreements for all C&OE suppliers in full coordination with Global Commodity buyers.

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Legal / Business / Supply chain

Experience years' experience in contracts, subcontracts, procurement, negotiation.

Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.

Preferred industry - Wind / Automotive / Power

Preferred experience in supplier contracts for cables and other electrical items.

Responsibility:

Key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Aiding in the preparation and negotiation of contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and expectations.
  • Developing, negotiating, and evaluating company contracts on behalf of C&OE.


You will ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems in order to ensure the efficiency and compliance of our processes.


You will create and maintain strong relationships with our internal customers and external suppliers, also ensuring that the right stakeholders are involved from the start of the contract management process.

We will value someone with great negotiation and communication skills, as well as strong people abilities.

You will be working closely with our stakeholders and suppliers, so being able to communicate clearly in English is a must.
