Are you ready to dive into the world of Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules? Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

  • Triage and resolve production support tickets effectively, accurately, and efficiently
  • Configure, support, and provide subject matter expertise to different teams
  • Thoroughly manage setups on Financial modules
  • Provide hands-on functional and configuration support for ERP modules
  • Collaborate with product vendors for issue resolution and updates

Preferred Candidate Profile:

An ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • Extensive experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant in Oracle Cloud modules
  • Strong knowledge of Period close processes across all modules
  • Proficiency in writing SQL statements for debugging
  • Excellent documentation skills for various project documents
  • Knowledge of end-to-end integrations with Oracle modules in Finance
  • Experience in writing functional specifications, test cases, and performing end-to-end testing
