The Impact You'll Make

As the HR Data Governance and HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data quality and management across multiple areas of Global HR. Your responsibilities will include profiling data to identify data attributes for security, understanding content, and identifying opportunities for improvement with standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to make recommendations for enhancing data quality, standardization, and transformation. Additionally, you will utilize your HR functional and system knowledge to build solutions that meet business requirements and address critical HR system issues.

What You'll Do

Develop/improve ongoing audits and focus on automated solutions. Perform data profiling of sources to assess data quality and work on mitigation strategies and cleansing solutions. Provide project coordination/management on data related projects with other groups. Provide guidance on data entry protocols to upstream system owners as it relates to impacts to downstream data consumers. Focuses on managing the HR information flow, including the integrity, efficiency, and availability of data. Work with other HR Services personnel to develop data quality standards. Work with the Reporting and Analytics team for data research and HRIS for data rules. Resolve data issues in the appropriate forums and work cross functionally to develop solutions. Develop and manage shared data dictionaries while also familiarizing oneself with the data privacy regulations and guidelines set by the company and regulatory bodies, such as PII, GDPR, SPII, etc. Analyze and oversee strategies designed to enhance data reliability, security and minimize redundancies. Focuses on managing the HR information flow, including the integrity, efficiency, and availability of data. Support HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, data migrations, and system integrations. Partners with offshore GIS HR Application team to solution for and perform development work to meet BRD requirements. Prepares testing scripts and coordinates functional user testing. Assist senior business analysts with testing, validation, and other support tasks.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience Minimum 5– 7 years of previous HR data management/audit/governance experience within multi-national public companies, with strong preference for the technology industry Strong expertise in workforce management (HRIS) tools, reporting, audit, and automation methodologies Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A creative thinker who challenges the status quo and fosters unique approaches to evaluating data and driving process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

An empowered self-starter able to work without significant oversight and follow through to impactful execution Critical thinking and an ability to understand complex data issues to break them down to create and implement an action plan Passion for engaging in complex problems that require partnership across teams Strong collaboration and communications skills, ability to engage with others Be coachable and open to embracing new ways of doing things Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central reporting, Power BI, and SQL is preferred Preferred applications knowledge includes: SuccessFactors modules EC, Recruiting, Onboarding or other similar HCM systems Experience in Visier HR Analytics preferred

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
