About this opportunity:

Implementation coordination function is needed to coordinate the implementation services internally, effectively, and efficiently. The Implementation coordinator should have a hybrid mentality.

They adhere to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to global & local Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), information/ security & privacy, and using relevant processes & tools.

They ensure that the implementation of Network for MW projects is completed by coordinating with field, customer, sub-contractors, MNOC/SOEM team, implementation manager, customer project coordinator, civil team, and Ericsson design team in accordance with Ericsson instructions, quality requirements and within project time and scope with quality

What you will do:

  • Coordinating with design team to ensure transmission design is received and modified if needed.
  • Verify that design is doable by checking the hight, space availability in the tower and shelter
  • Ensure that material is delivered from warehouse to the sites.
  • Coordinating with ASP team and Ericsson field team to start the installation of delivered material
  • Providing and verifying daily progress report for the installation status
  • Reporting with Implementation mangers (Audits / BH, CUL)
  • Daily scope reporting to all stakeholders to show daily progress.
  • Daily War room meeting if needed with internal and external stakeholder to review and tackle any issues raised during the implementation.
  • Implementation coordinator is following up with MNOC acceptance, Pre-PAT, PAT, Oil clearance and handover with all stakeholders.
  • Supplying to closing the project

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in (electrical / communication/ computer) / engineering
  • PMP is a plus
  • Knows how to communicate well in English and Arabic
  • Min years of experience: 4 to 10 years on RAN network implementation
  • Domainexperience: MW transmission network
  • Problem solving and decisionmaking abilities to cope up with implementation issues
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • You will plan, coordinate, lead and supervise
  • Following processes, procedures, and instructions
  • Deciding and initiating action
- knowledgeable in the work area of responsibility

  • You should have experience in customer relations and great technical skills
  • Awareness of all EHS and quality standard requirements
