Responsibilities:
Administers globally desktop systems by central tools and manages standards and the compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs L3 advanced-level remote installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, in a heterogeneous environment on-prem and cloud (Windows365).Establishes and maintains standards for passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment through central management tools.
Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
Participates in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
Participates in training creation and conducts training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users.
Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
Collaborates with the team regarding company-wide solutions.
Qualifications:
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree required orBachelor's in Engineering . AdvancedDegree preferred.
Preferred Work Experience (years): 4-7 years of experienceKey Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skillsExperience with end user issuesDemonstrated technical experience with Jamf, Landscape, Intune,Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projectsDemonstrated experience trouble shootingBroad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications :SCCM, VDI, Intune, A/ADExperience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems proceduresAdvanced analytical skills (on escalation path from L2 teams)Demonstrated Project Management skillsProven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environmentExperience identifying and implement process improvements
