We are seeking an excellent administrator to join our programme Delivery Team.

You will be part of our Admin Hub, responsible for supporting our global programme delivery team and working colleagues in India, the US, the UK, Singapore and Australia.

This is why we are looking for someone who can make excellent use of systems and processes to work on admin tasks for multiple projects at the same time, meeting deadlines and delivering the highest possible quality.


As well as supporting the preparation for the programmes, you will be part of the delivery teams on the day.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with leaders from all around the world, from university students to senior leaders, in-person and online

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with programme participants and respond to their queries
  • Assist with the production of programme materials and links
  • Support realtime delivery of our programmes both online and inperson as required
  • Assist with setup of and onboarding of participants for our asynchronous programmes
  • Carry out data administration using our inhouse CRM system
  • Undertake general administration duties to support our programme delivery as required

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering successfully in a fastpaced environment, dealing with multiple tasks and shifting deadlines/requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of working across different time zones (ideally as part of a global team)
  • Ability to use admin systems appropriately and efficiently
  • Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office, Teams and Zoom (and ideally, project planning tools)
Experience of the non-profit sector would be beneficial but is not essential. Experience of the Moodle learning platform would also be beneficial but is not essential.

  • Have excellent written English, oral communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting on the phone/video calls and inperson
  • Be able and willing to travel for short periods of time (possibly outside of normal working hours) if asked to support programme delivery
