Skills Required:

  • Have Strong domain knowledge of key IT processes and benchmarked / demonstrated experience of bringing process excellence.
- have experience of handling/working with multi business domain environment experience.

  • Understand IT deliverables, documentation and process standards and handled corresponding IT audits too.
  • Have concepts of agile and was part agile transformation environment is added advantage (ISO, Sig Sigma, any methodology implementation) and preferred who have lead and managed end to end Quality improvement, CMMI Implementation exercises (Process areas implementation knowledge)
  • Prior knowledge and hands on experience in understanding process and functions, detect, drill down and resolve gaps.
  • Have been part of strategy formulation for various IT transformation and process excellence exercise
  • Have demonstrated experience of adding significant value post new process implementations.
  • Strong understanding of latest trends, IT projects, risk & quality improvement processes.
  • Capable to understand, discuss and negotiate engagement related documents and contracts between various stakeholders.
  • Understanding of control rationalization, process optimization, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Project management &/or technical audit &/or internal audit &/or industry working experience &/or process excellence experience is a must.
  • Have strong analytical, research, training and organizational and problemsolving skills,
  • Able to depict skills related to issue identification/prioritization/ resolution and report writing skills along with stakeholder coordination skills and general management capabilities
  • High level of organizing, documenting, record keeping, presentation and publishing skills.
  • Experience of Conducting, coordinating, and supporting endtoend quality reviews of projects and processes involved.
  • Identify deficiencies and inadequacies in project execution processes and documentation.
  • Identifying risks, gaps impacting on the Advisory function and implementing policies and procedures required to manage those risks and process gaps.
  • Aware of quality Circle /Process reengineering/ISO standards/ITIL standards/Kanban/Lean
  • Spearhead process automation exercises as desired and meet stringent quality standards of review and meticulous planning and execution of the tasks assigned.
  • Articulate and ensure that functional quality assurance guidelines, process documents and other quality management materials are up to date and as per Industry standards.
  • Convert process flows /fact findings into case study/story boards and able to assist teams over process related Policies, SOPs and other documents as desired.
  • Acting as the point of contact and counsel for all partners and professional staff in the function towards quality parameters and process excellence.
  • Conduct research, read thought leadership and knowledge repositories, align and learn from peers in business on a regular basis to keep pace with changing client expectations and risks involved.
