Job Description:
What will you do?
As our new Payroll and Benefits associate, you'll be the face of this vital team, acting as the first line of support for Mumbai or Hong Kong employees.
These responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with new hires to obtain all their new hire paperwork
- Entering of new hire information into our HR Systems
- Managing the benefits/401k/pension enrollment processes
- Offboarding processes
Becoming an expert in Third Bridge's benefits offering and wider payroll, tax and employment law, you'll support our monthly induction of new starters by delivering training sessions, and keep everyone updated of any changes, or offer refresher sessions during the year.
We have two opportunities available, one supporting our
Hong Kong colleagues, the other supporting our
Mumbai teams, as well as providing additional support to our other international sites.
Qualifications:
What will I bring?
With your experience of Payroll and Benefits you bring a good foundation of labour laws, income tax and the benefits corporate companies enrol in.
Great with numbers, you're extremely detail oriented, and use your time management to juggle multiple priorities, working with colleagues in different locations.
Your English communication skills, both spoken and written, allow you to convey information clearly, and you're happy to deliver training sessions to employees to share your expertise in income tax, benefits including pension schemes, and other HR related matters.
You will bring your expertise in international labour laws, but you should have a particular interest and knowledge of Hong Kong or India.
