Position Overview:


The Director of SEO will be in charge of devising and executing holistic SEO strategies that correspond with our clients' business objectives.

This role calls for a strategic mind with a profound grasp of SEO, exceptional troublesolving skills, and the capacity to empathize with the needs of customers.

The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise and a background in collaborating with remote teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance.
  • Perform comprehensive SEO audits and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
Team Management:

  • Guide and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a cooperative and innovative work atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with remote teams to guarantee alignment and efficient implementation of SEO initiatives.
  • Establish clear goals and KPIs for the team and track progress.
Technical

SEO :

  • Manage technical SEO endeavors including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, and page speed optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO challenges.
Content Strategy:

  • Work together with content teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly content.
  • Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices and targets relevant keywords.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to steer content development.
Performance Analysis:

  • Utilize SEO tools and analytics to monitor performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Compile regular reports on SEO performance, covering traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to fine-tune strategies and boost ROI.
Client Relations:

  • Forge solid relationships with clients, grasp their business needs, and provide customized SEO solutions.
  • Articulate SEO strategies, progress, and results to clients in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Address client issues and deliver ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of SEO experience, demonstrating a track record of fostering organic growth and resolving technical issues.
  • Profound understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with technical SEO, encompassing site audits, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Robust project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams and overseeing cross-functional projects.
  • Capacity to empathize with clients and understand their business obstacles.
