Position Overview:


As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the designated territory.

You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by effectively promoting and selling our product to businesses in various industries.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills, build strong client relationships, and make a significant impact on our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Present product demonstrations, proposals, and pricing quotes to prospects, addressing their specific requirements and objections.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales deals and achieve winwin outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

Pay:
₹18,000.00 per month

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 50% travel

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development: 1 year (required)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (required)
  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
