Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Partner - Customer Success to join our team at Simplia. A leading digital ad agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and support within the digital advertising industry, with a focus on meeting the holistic business needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their advertising requirements and objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and the advertising agency to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and support within the digital advertising industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate client needs and objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
