Job Description

Should have sound knowledge in liaisoning with Design, Tendering and Govt Officials The Talent should have experience of 5 years only into Sales & marketing of telecom & transmission Towers.
Keeping update about new technology to enhance /improve the quality and speed of Tower & Foundation design along with profiling activities resulting in better product quality Responsible for design activities of tenders & Projects for Telecom & Transmission Tower line business To Ensure timely completion of the design & tender activities as per projects bar chart Shall be able to value add in bid designs to optimize tower weights, suggest different techniques for configurations. Shall be able to give technical opinion for various project related issues during execution stage Develop talent in young engineers. Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services. Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs. Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations. Outlining and managing sales budgets. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Structural) Experience - 5+ yrs in design engineering & marketing, out of that at least last 3 years in telecom & transmission tower line business with reputed EPC / power transmission companies.
