Requirements

Abouttherole:

Weare looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage our full recruitmentcycle from identifying potential hires to filtering and evaluatingcandidates and engaging them till closure. The responsibilitiesinclude sourcing candidates for both technical and nontechnicalroles screening resumes and conducting initial interviews andnegotiating salaries and benefits with candidates. If you haveexperience in building a growing company across India and US andcan help us recruit faster and more effectively we d like to meetyou. Ultimately you will play an important part in building astrong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract hire andretain the most qualifiedemployees.

Responsibilities(including but not limitedto):

Design and implement overall recruitingstrategy.

Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers acrossIndia andUS

Source potential candidates from various online channelsheadhunting and referralcampaigns.

Screen incoming resumes and applicationforms.

Interview candidates (via phone video andinperson).

Advertise job openings on company s careers page social media jobboards andinternally.

Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiringmanagers.

Keep the recruiting tools and dashboards updated and ensure aregular cadence of stakeholdercommunication.

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation andbenefits.

Participate in university hiring as per the yearlyplan.

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiringneeds.

Participate in benchmarking studies and stay updated about hiringtrends and bestpractices

Skillsandqualifications:

Proven work experience of 7 years or more as an HR Recruiter orsimilarrole.

Experience hiring for India and USregions.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resumedatabases.

Experience with sourcing techniques and referralprograms.

Strong written and oral communication and interpersonalskills

Ability to assess and evaluate candidatequalifications.

Knowledge of labour laws employment regulations and industrytrends

Ability to negotiate and close deals withcandidates.

Timemanagement skills and multitaskingability

Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managersand keystakeholders.

Previous experience working for a SaaS or Fintech company is aplus
