Job Summary:

Join our lively sales team as a Senior Sales Executive We are on the lookout for a self-driven individual with a wealth of experience in sales. The perfect candidate will boast a strong sales record, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a talent for boosting revenue through strategic client engagement and management. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing sales strategies to not only meet but exceed sales objectives. Additionally, you'll provide guidance and leadership to our junior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to propel business growth and achieve sales goals.
    • Identify and pursue fresh business prospects through thorough market research and networking.
    • Create and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships.
    • Comprehend client requirements and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.
    • Engage in contract negotiations and secure agreements to optimize profits.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Guide and assist junior sales team members, providing them with mentorship and training to enhance their capabilities and performance.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to exchange best practices and drive ongoing improvement.
    • Lead by example by showcasing a proactive and results-oriented sales approach.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for managerial evaluation.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to shape sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a senior sales position.
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional negotiation and closing capabilities.
    • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
