Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand our customer base in the US healthcare market.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Customize MarianaAI solutions to address the specific needs of healthcare providers.
- Present and demo MarianaAI's platform to showcase its unique value to potential clients.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of MarianaAI solutions.
- Address complex customer requirements by proposing innovative solutions.
- Negotiate contracts to drive profits while prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new product offerings and identify business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot new sales prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' sales experience, including 3 years in enterprise sales for healthcare organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, regulations, and technology trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and attention to detail.
- Business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
