Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand our customer base in the US healthcare market.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Customize MarianaAI solutions to address the specific needs of healthcare providers.
  • Present and demo MarianaAI's platform to showcase its unique value to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of MarianaAI solutions.
  • Address complex customer requirements by proposing innovative solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts to drive profits while prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on new product offerings and identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot new sales prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' sales experience, including 3 years in enterprise sales for healthcare organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, regulations, and technology trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and attention to detail.
  • Business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
