Your Core Objective

As a Partner Onboarding Specialist, you will be prospecting to a set of Prospective Partner Accounts using Cold Calling, Emails and LinkedIn prospecting strategies and building a pipeline for the Channel Partnerships team.

How we will support you

We will help you with Marketing Aircover on your Accounts by helping you with collaterals and targeted LinkedIn campaigns to support you in building a strong Outbound pipeline of partners.

What does your day look like
  • You will be building your Named Accounts from Mid-sized organisations across North America, UK and EU, APAC markets.
  • Create a solid sequence to enrich these Accounts, multi-thread, identify 5+ contacts per account to prospect and engage with/build intent.
  • Drive Introductory calls - Be the facade of the organisation, both from a product and partnership standpoint and qualify the partnership fitment.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-sales team and prove our capabilities with Proof of concepts if required and onboard the Partners.
  • Cultivate relationships with executive level decision-makers and strive to become a trusted advisor and a partner at your named accounts.
  • Follow an organised Handover to the Partner Manager to ensure a smooth transition for the partners.
  • Update the CRM with all required information to improve the process and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Partner Onboarding|Development|Enablement / B2B Software Sales Prospecting and Pipeline building roles, preferably in Partnerships/SAAS
  • Excellent personalised written and verbal skills to suit the shifting needs of our prospects.
  • Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research, and via social media.
  • Being highly passionate about learning & growing in sales and partnerships.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay focussed and driven.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
