Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize various financial analysis techniques to assess the company's performance and financial health.
  • PnL and Cash Flow Analysis: Perform comprehensive analysis of Profit and Loss statements and cash flow statements to evaluate revenue and expense trends, cash flow dynamics, and overall financial performance.
  • SaaS Metrics: Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing key SaaS metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Churn Rate. Interpret these metrics to provide insights into the company's subscription-based business model.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Utilize financial modelling techniques to simulate various scenarios and assess their impact on the company's financial performance.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Assist in the financial evaluation and due diligence process for potential mergers and acquisitions. Analyze financial data, assess synergies, and evaluate the financial impact of potential transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration efforts post-acquisition.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare clear and concise financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders. Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide Insights to inform strategic decision-making. Manage key strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
  • Executive Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Represent the CEO in meetings, discussions, and communications as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Oversight: Handle correspondence, prioritize emails, and manage communication on behalf of the CEO. Prepare and review reports, presentations, and documents. Implement and improve processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Provide guidance on confidential matters and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements & Skills:

  • At least 8-12 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of working in a B2B SaaS Organization is a plus.
  • Experience in Finance and Analysis is a must.
  • Experience in handling Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Should be comfortable working in a high paced challenging environment.
  • Problem solver who can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
  • Good financial working knowledge of an organization.
