We are searching for a talented VoIP Engineer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring our company's VoIP system runs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain our VoIP system.
Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP system issues.
Configure and manage VoIP phones and devices.
Manage call routing and dial plans.
Integrate VoIP systems with other communication platforms.
Stay up-to-date on the latest VoIP technologies.
Analyzing existing VoIP networks and computer systems.
Installing network hardware modules including IP and PBX communication servers.
Support Legacy Siemens PBX during transition.
Training staff on network and system protocols.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience working with VoIP systems
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving VoIP issues and Linux Environment
Preferred CCNA, CCNP
Strong understanding of IP networking protocols (TCP/IP, SIP)
Experience with VoIP hardware and software (Cisco, Avaya, etc.) including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.
Familiarity with WAN and LAN systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
