Kindly indicate your openness to relocation when respondingRole and ResponsibilitiesPerforms software commissioning of Core Network elements, such as MSC, MGW, STP, HLR etc. and integration with related network elements.Understands various protocols, SCCP, MAP, CAP, BICC, ISUP, SIP etc. and core KPI’s.Carries out Equipment lifeline test and traffic redundancy tests. Load test.Maintains Network Optimization, Capacity Planning, and performance analysis, system tuning and reporting.Checks, evaluates, and assesses Network Health to ensure that Core network performs optimally.Performs weekly / daily audits for Network Performance like CST, Paging, Failure Cause code, Capacity/CPU utilization and implement load balancing.Follows up with L3 support for all Tickets including Return and Repair services of Core active spares.Acceptance Testing and integration of new nodes /services/solutions being introduced in the Network.Creates Security and Access Management Policy.Keeps Records of all configuration changes and update topology, HLD/LLD after each change in network.Validates and maintains the Known Error Database (KEDB) for Core Nodes.Performs periodic audit and report status of all installed licenses & Software’s for NE’s within Core network.Ensures Traffic and subscribers Migration, forecasting in the network;

identifies and carries out expansions.Qualifications Requirements3-6 years of experience with 2 years in back-office lead role.Hands on Level-2 experience of Core network Products (MSC, MGW, HLR, STP & SBC) of Multiple Vendors, Mandatory ZTE experience.Backoffice Level-2 support for ZTE CS Core equipment. PS core /IP Experience would be an advantage.Have extensive knowledge regarding hardware functionalities, connectivity, integration & service configuration (charging, number analysis, Routing).Have experience in emergency and critical problem troubleshooting on the live network. Be able to demarcate and locate faults within a short period of time. Use the quick recovery solution to restore services on the live network in a timely manner.Familiar with various mainstream service or features for CS core network, such as MSC Pool, VOIP, CSFB and VOLTE features, service awareness and charging etc.Education RequirementsBSc. in /Electrical/IT, Telecom Engineering/Computer Engineering.CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification (added advantage).Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
