Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements and specifications.
Analyze project scopes, drawings, and technical documents to accurately estimate material, labor, and resource requirements.
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and proposals for client projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and profitability goals.
Continuously evaluate and update estimation processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor communications.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project estimates, procurement status, and related inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all procurement activities.
5-7 Years experience in estimation, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the industrial services sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

RequirementsGraduation in any field (5-7 yr exp. Preferred)
