  • Designing RMU system as per power requirement
  • As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for determining the electrical cost for the given project
  • You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting the blueprints in an effective way for the project.
  • Preparation and submission of quote to the customer as per RFQ for electrical items
  • Estimating electrical paneling cost and details of its fabrication and bus baring system
  • Determining the electrical needs of the project.
  • Drawing the outline and blueprints for the project (SLD Preparation)
  • Supply chain management of electrical things.
  • Identifying the cost and time constraints for project delivery
  • Knowing the supply cost for each individual element
  • Determining the labour requirements for completing the project, macro planning of installation activities and estimation of E&C cost
  • Working in coordination with Contractors and other team members
  • Maintaining an electrical cost database
  • Negotiating with the suppliers and vendors for electrical items or equipment purchase
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the vendors
  • Identifying the risk involved in the project
  • Explaining the cost of waste materials
  • Completing the project bids as per the guidelines
  • Coordinating and meeting with clients or consultants for technical round and approval for an execution


  1. Sound Knowledge of LT HT Panels, Reading and understanding SLD of Electrical system is MUST
  2. Should be capable of calculating Transformer sizing, cable sizing, cable schedules preparation.
  3. Excellent analytics skills.
  4. Ability to solve complex problems in an efficient manner.
  5. Sound organizational and time management skills.
