Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimation/Costing/Planning Engineer at EXAL CORPORATION located in Vadodara. The Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks related to project estimation, costing, planning, and project control.


Responsibilities

  • Understand machine design, scope of supply.
  • Candidate will be responsible for costing of machines based on scope of supply.
  • They will have to understand various components such as heat exchangers, valves, towers, heaters, instruments etc.
  • Engineer will be responsible for machine and component sizing.
  • They are required to estimate pre -quotation costs and post manufacturing costs.
  • Post order receipt, engineer will be responsible for material/ component order planning. This requires generating scope of supply with size and technical specifications and passing it for procurement.
  • They have to co-ordinate with purchase for timely delivery of items as per project / machine stage.
