Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder and CEO of a dynamic real estate development company.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The CEO oversees operations not only in real estate development but also in the segments of defense and hospitality, requiring a versatile EA capable of handling varied tasks with efficiency and discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

Maintain the CEO's schedule by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and coordination of commitments across multiple business segments.


Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails, responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate, and ensuring prompt follow-up on inquiries.


Information Management:

Manage information flow to and from the CEO's office, including handling sensitive documents, preparing reports, and conducting research as needed to support decision-making.


Project Coordination:

Assist in managing projects across the real estate development, defense, and hospitality sectors, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.


Event Planning:

Organize and execute events such as meetings, conferences, and corporate functions, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and guest coordination.


Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, clients, and government officials, representing the CEO's interests professionally and diplomatically.


Confidentiality:

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive matters pertaining to the CEO's business dealings.


Miscellaneous Tasks:

Provide general administrative support, such as managing expenses, preparing presentations, drafting correspondence, and performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.


Qualifications:
Master's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Prior experience or familiarity with the real estate development, defense, or hospitality sectors is a plus
