Scope of Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Posting and Advertising: Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards, career websites, and social media platforms. Monitor job posting performance and suggest improvements to enhance the reach and visibility of job opportunities.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Assist in gathering and analyzing recruitment data, such as timetofill, costperhire, and source of hire. Prepare regular reports to track recruitment KPIs and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Employer Branding Support: Collaborate with the marketing or employer branding team to promote the employer brand through social media, career fairs, and other recruitment events. Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing materials and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 57 years of experience in recruitment coordination or related HR role is preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software, preferably GreenHouse
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
