Your role involves ensuring products are strategically placed in stores to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and minimize inventory issues.
Working closely with cross-functional teams in Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, and Store Operations, you'll lead projects from concept to completion, aiming to create an engaging in-store experience for customers. As a Senior Manager in Space & Presentation, your expertise will be pivotal in guiding strategic decisions on store layouts and product presentation. By analyzing data and trends, you'll provide valuable insights to shape space allocation strategies and enhance product presentation.
Leading a team of presentation specialists, you will oversee the execution of strategies, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Building strong partnerships with support teams and fostering effective communication across functions will be key to your success. You'll actively engage in cross-functional teams to implement strategies, educate team members on decision impacts, and drive data-informed recommendations for optimal product placements.
In this role, you will coach your team to utilize data-driven insights to optimize store layouts and programs. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance, training, and workload management for the Space and Presentation team, ensuring their continuous development and success in their roles.

About you:- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of retail experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated courage, critical thinking, and results-driven mindset
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
