Sr Manager /Manager - Tele -Sales (Credit Cards)
Experience: 7-10 yrs Location: Noida
Department: Sales Working Days: 6 Days / Week

Position Summary:
Sr Manager/Manager – Tele Sales Outbound- Credit Card plays a crucial role in leading credit card sales, particularly in the domestic market. The role involves specific strategies and practices to optimize processes and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to sales teams
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans
- Set ambitious sales targets and revenue goals
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handle customer data ethically
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Schedule call backs for prospects
- Send follow-up emails and SMS
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Optimize dialer settings
- Develop agents' product knowledge and sales techniques
- Train agents on soft skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred
- Successful sales leadership experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sales processes and regulatory standards
