Responsibilities:

Digital Revenue Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a datadriven digital revenue strategy, encompassing crossselling, upselling, and maximizing adoption of our digital products and services.
  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for the digital business segment.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a highperforming team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Digital Marketing & Growth:

  • Lead the development and execution of datadriven marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e. g. , SEO, SEM, social media) to acquire new customers, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
  • Oversee and optimize the digital sales funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities and inform strategic decisionmaking.

Collaboration & Partnerships:

  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure our digital offerings are aligned with customer needs and support revenue growth strategies.
  • Partner with other business units to ensure a cohesive and customercentric approach to digital revenue Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience in developing and managing highperforming digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and the digital financial landscape (a plus).
  • A resultsoriented and datadriven individual with a passion for innovation and a strong work ethic.
