We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist proficient in managing high-volume campaigns for hospitals, with exposure to markets in the Middle East.


Job Overview:
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns for our hospital clients. Your tasks will include creating effective campaign strategies, conducting keyword research, crafting ads using AI tools like ChatGPT, and building optimized landing pages with various landing page builders.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, develop, and oversee PPC campaigns for 20+ hospital clients, managing over 100 campaigns concurrently.
  • Implement strategies for keyword research, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other paid search aspects according to client objectives.
  • Adapt campaigns for international markets, specifically the Middle East, considering local languages and regulations.
  • Landing Page Design:
  • Create and test landing pages using platforms like Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar tools.
  • Optimize landing pages for increased conversions, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and target audience requirements.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze traffic data, and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Deliver regular reports and valuable insights to stakeholders and clients.
  • Ad Creation and Optimization:
  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to generate compelling ad content.
  • Continuously test and refine ads based on performance metrics to enhance campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Budget Management:
  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids for improved ROI based on performance data.
  • Ensure optimal budget distribution across campaigns to boost client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a solid background in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in handling large-scale PPC campaigns and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with international campaigns, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Skills:
  • Thorough understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and landing page builders.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
