JobDescription:As a CustomerService Representative you will be the first point of contact forour customers providing them with information resolving theirinquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience with ourbrand. You will communicate with customers via phone email and chataddressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely andprofessional manner. Additionally you will collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to theoverall success of thecompany.Responsibilities:
  • Manageincoming customer inquiries via phone email andchat
  • Provide accurate information aboutproducts/services and company policies
  • Resolvecustomer complaints and issues promptly andprofessionally
  • Keep detailed records ofcustomer interactions andtransactions
  • Collaborate with other departmentsto ensure customer needs aremet
