Job description

What We Are Looking for:

Responsibilities:

Design System Management:
Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems within Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across all design projects.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into Figma designs.


Prototyping:
Create interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to team members on Figma best practices, tools, and features to enhance collaboration and productivity.


Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough reviews of Figma designs to ensure adherence to design guidelines, accessibility standards, and overall quality.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to design tools and methodologies, especially within the Figma ecosystem.


Requirements:

Proficiency in Figma:
Extensive experience with Figma, including design, prototyping, and collaboration features.

Design Skills:
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and user experience design.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges efficiently.

Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.

Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willingness to share knowledge and mentor others.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects created using Figma, with a focus on usability, aesthetics, and innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Previous experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or IN Vision.
  • Knowledge of design systems methodologies and frameworks.
