**What We Are Looking for**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Design System Management: Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems within Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across all design projects.

2. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into Figma designs.

3. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.

4. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Figma best practices, tools, and features to enhance collaboration and productivity.

5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of Figma designs to ensure adherence to design guidelines, accessibility standards, and overall quality.

6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to design tools and methodologies, especially within the Figma ecosystem.

**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in Figma: Extensive experience with Figma, including design, prototyping, and collaboration features.

2. Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and user experience design.

3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

4. Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges efficiently.

5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.

6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willingness to share knowledge and mentor others.

7. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects created using Figma, with a focus on usability, aesthetics, and innovation.

**Qualifications**:
1. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

2. Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

3. Previous experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or IN Vision.

4. Knowledge of design systems methodologies and frameworks.
