**Job Title: Figma Expert**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to illustrate user interactions and interfaces.
- **Collaborative Design**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- **User Research**: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- **Component Libraries**: Create and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- **Prototyping**: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and design concepts for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
- **Feedback Integration**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and improve designs.
- **Design Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products are current and competitive.
- **Documentation**: Document design processes, guidelines, and standards to facilitate a shared understanding among team members.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on Figma.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Figma, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Figma, including advanced features like components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to create detailed and high-fidelity design mockups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
