We are hiring a talented andexperienced Lead UX Designer to support the client toexpand
their capabilities building world classusercentered applications. You will be responsible for
discovering opportunities for innovation identifying areas ofimprovement and inspiring empathy
drivensolutions. Key roles andresponsibilities
As a Lead UX Designer you will have theopportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate
with some of the most innovative and diverse people around theworld. Here you will make an

impact by:
Working within a crossfunctional international team focusing oncreating and improving
digital supply chain andmanufacturing analytics tools used to drive corporatesupply
chain strategy.
Building planninginitiating and leading programs that generate innovativeapplications
of new and existing designs andtechnologies.
Pioneering process framework and newdesign concepts to create novel and user
centeredreporting and data visualization for manufacturing and supplychain.
Providing innovative solutions and support tostakeholders and/or business leaders.
Partnering withkey leadership and stakeholders to plan and strategize mid andlong
term enterprise analytics relevant designprograms. Your Skills andExpertise
To set you up for success in this role fromday one we require (at a minimum) the following

qualifications:
A Bachelors degree or higher from anaccredited university in design humancomputer
interaction psychology cognitive science or equivalent degree(completed and verified
prior to start). Six (6) years of relevant digital design experience ina private public government or
militaryenvironment.
Additional qualifications that could helpyou succeed even further in this role include:
Ten (10)years of relevant digital design experience in a private publicgovernment or
military environment.
Experience designing for React applications supply chain andmanufacturing reporting
data visualization and designsystems.
Skills including storytelling &presentation UX research best practices visual design
best practices and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiencywith Figma PowerPoint (for larger shareouts) and collaborationtools such
as Miro. Other design tools including AdobeCS.
Experience with design research tools: UserTestingOptimal Workshop and Qualtrics.
