Our innovative and high-value medical simulators play a crucial role in medical education by providing realistic training experiences to future healthcare professionals.
With an average simulator value of INR 2.5 Crores per piece, we serve a diverse range of clientele, including central government colleges, state colleges, and private medical institutions.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Business Manager to lead our sales efforts, expand our market presence across India, and establish a robust distributor network.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals for medical simulators in India.
- Forge strong relationships with officials within both central and state governments to navigate regulatory landscapes, funding opportunities, and procurement processes.
- Establish direct rapport with directors of medical colleges and owners of private medical institutions to understand their specific needs and promote our cuttingedge simulators.
- Lead, mentor, and build a highperforming sales team, overseeing recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
- Identify and recruit suitable distributors in every state of India, building a strong and reliable network to maximize market penetration.
