Team Leader - Inside Sales

YaClass is a European Edtech organisation that expanded to India in 2019. The company
specialises in training students in classes 6 to 10 in Math, Science, English, etc. Our
platform offers personalized learning experiences through a combination of AI-driven
software and professional mentoring.
Job Description:
● Handling the performance of a team of up to 7 BDEs/Sr.BDEs
● Optimizing and improving the sales funnel for the team
● Managing team attrition and motivation for team members
● Meeting sales and revenue goals individually and for the team members on a
weekly and monthly basis
● Tracking and creating reports for the team
● Reviewing individual team members' performance and giving feedback
● Making decisions on team requirements based on quality and quantity
● Connecting with clients(students & parents) and fixing demo sessions with our
mentoring team through calls, messages & emails
● Building a strong connection with(clients) students and parents, rapport building,
analyzing goals, needs, and capabilities of clients
● Following up with clients to clear their concerns and negotiations
Working Days :
5 days per week, 2 days off per week(fixed)
Job requirements:
● Must understand the dynamics of the K12 education market in TamilNadu & India
● Extensive knowledge of the challenges K12 students face(mainly Class 6-10)
● Must have a good understanding of B2C inside sales processes & metrics
● Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of B2C Inside Sales/Tele-Sales experience
● Hands-on experience in dialing 100+ calls per day, scheduling demos for clients &
using CRM software (Zoho, Leadsquared, Salesforce, etc.)
● Experience in collaborating with teammates, and other departments to accomplish
tasks
● Adept at working with Google Suite(docs,sheets,slides)
● Should have leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide a team of up to 7 BDEs
● Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Tamil
● Experience in working in a fast-paced work environment
● Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
● Revenue focused work-ethic
Package : Upto ₹6.5LPA(fixed)
