About the Role:
The ideal candidate will drive exploration, prototyping, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies aligning with strategic goals.
Reporting To: CTO
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation initiatives by exploring emerging technologies, trends, and market opportunities.
- Lead development and execution of prototypes and experiments to validate new ideas.
- Collaborate with teams to identify areas for innovation and define strategic roadmaps.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Evaluate potential impact of new technologies on business model, processes, and competitiveness.
Emerging Tech Vision & Strategy:
- Develop a clear vision and strategy for leveraging emerging technologies.
- Stay informed on technological trends and assess their impact on business.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Prototype & Development:
- Design, develop, and test prototypes to validate new tech concepts.
- Manage teams in developing innovative solutions from ideation to implementation.
- Ensure technical feasibility and business viability of prototypes.
Govern & Educate:
- Establish governance frameworks for adopting emerging technologies.
- Deliver educational programs to upskill employees on new technologies.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Use Case Activation:
- Prioritize use cases offering high value to the business.
- Develop plans for activation and deployment of use cases.
- Monitor and adjust use case implementations for success.
Standardize & Scale
- Implement standards for deploying emerging technologies.
- Create scalable solutions for different parts of the organization.
- Ensure robust processes for technology deployment and maintenance.
Experience & Education Required:
- Tier 1/ Premier college
- Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields.
- Proven experience in program management and innovation initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in project management and/or innovation management.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Visionary thinking with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.
