Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and maintain data architecture, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Oversee data collection, integration, and cleansing processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Define and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  • Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning models to extract insights and improve decisionmaking.
  • Monitor and optimize data processes and performance to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management, analytics, and technology.
Qualifications :

  • Premier / Tier 1 college
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of data professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, including relational and NoSQL databases, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, with a passion for driving innovation through data.
