Areas of Responsibility & brief description

1) Developing Sales Strategy: Create a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the academy's objectives, including short-term and long-term sales goals, target markets, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.

2) Building and Leading Sales Team: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team capable of executing the sales strategy effectively. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure the team achieves its targets

3) Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Use insights gathered to refine sales strategies and approaches

4) Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively.

5) Business Development: Explore and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the academy's market reach and revenue streams. Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and secure new clients.

6) Ensure adherence to brand identity on communications

7) Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement systems and processes to monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement

8) Product and Service Development Support: Collaborate with internal teams to provide input on product and service development based on customer feedback and market demand. Ensure that offerings are tailored to meet the needs of target customers effectively.

9) Marketing and Branding Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of VFS Global Academy's offerings. Provide input on branding strategies and positioning.

10) Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements. Ensure that contracts are drafted and executed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements

11) Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and business development budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets within budgetary constraints.

12) Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all sales and business development activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Uphold the company's values and integrity in all dealings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
