The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a good experience of managing a large team with deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.


Responsibilities:
Train the sales team.
Determine and assign sales targets. Project and forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue for various products.
Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers.
Analyze and track sales team metrics and share them with company leadership.
Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
Collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans.
Prepare budgets and expenditures.
Monitor competition and industry trends.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for sales representatives.
Meet with reps one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets.
Deliver deep performance reviews for each individual rep once in a month.
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree3+ years' of managing sales teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHaving Prior Experience in Ed-tech Industry
