Customer Relations Officer

The Real EstateCustomer Relationship Officer is responsible for building andmaintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfactionwith property services and products. This role involves handlingclient inquiries managing complaints and coordinating with otherdepartments to provide seamless service delivery. The goal is toenhance customer satisfaction and loyalty contributing to thecompany's growth and reputation.
KeyResponsibilities:- Client Interaction and RelationshipManagement:
- Serve asthe primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existingand potential clients.
- Respond to clientinquiries promptly and effectively.
- Scheduleand conduct property viewings and meetings with clients.
- CustomerService:
- Address andresolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managingand exceeding client expectations.
- Gatherfeedback from clients and work on continuous improvement ofservices.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing andpresenting property information to clients.
- Support the sales process by following up with clientsand managing the sales pipeline.
- Coordinatewith the marketing team to ensure clients receive uptodateinformation on new properties and promotions.
- AdministrativeDuties:
- Maintainaccurate and updated records of client interactions andtransactions in the CRM system.
- Prepareregular reports on client interactions feedback and satisfactionlevels.
- Handle documentation related toproperty sales and rentals.
- Collaboration andCoordination:
- Workclosely with other departments such as marketing legal and financeto ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholdersto address client needs and requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategicplanning.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Real EstateMarketing or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service orsales preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successful client relationshipmanagement.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities andattention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Abilityto multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends andregulations.
- Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptionalservice.
- Proactive and able to workindependently as well as part of a team.
- Highlevel of professionalism and integrity.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fulltimeposition with occasional weekend and evening workrequired.
