Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Intern at Bella Designs. The Sales Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer service, training, and sales management. This role requires working closely with customers and providing exceptional service to meet their needs and provide a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience or interest in sales and sales management
  • Ability to learn and apply training techniques effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Knowledge of interior design or related field is beneficial

Roles & Responsibilities

· Assisting the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.

· Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.

· Conducting market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

· Participating in sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to achieve sales objectives.

· Providing administrative support to the sales department, such as maintaining sales databases, preparing sales reports, and organizing sales materials.
