​ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are now looking for ServiceNow Implementation Specialists / Developers to implement ServiceNow in client facing roles.

Key responsibilities involved,

oImplement ServiceNow modules ITSM and HR for our customers.

oAble to implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.

oContribute as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex.

oAnalyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow.

oHandle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.

oSupport end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution.

We expect you to have,

oCertified ServiceNow Administrator with preferably ITSM Implementation Specialist

oMinimum 3 years of real experience in ServiceNow developer / support role

oStrong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module

oCandidates with ServiceNow HR module knowledge are preferred.

oProven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant.

oAnalyses and improves current implementation and solutions. Is able to explain and present new ideas and solutions.

oPrior exposure or working with international teams located in Europe and India

oAble to communicate well in English
