Responsibilities:

  • Owns, develops, and implements a global HC monthly reporting mechanism and dashboard.
  • Provides analytics and insights to leadership on HR data inclusive of actual to budgeted 2023 HC plan globally.
  • Analyzes data related to human resources, compliance, and resourcing initiatives to evaluate business strategy effectiveness that meet standardized reporting requirements.
  • Gathers, coordinates, and creates data collection methods and process flows to ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of all required internal and external reports.
  • Supports US specific compliance reporting for EEO1, VETS100, AAP and Internal Workers Compensation.
  • Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
  • Determines data collection gaps and recommends tracking efficiencies. Works closely with business leaders and human resources function to identify reporting opportunities to support business initiative effectiveness.
  • Develops standard reports for our

HRIS:
Workday implementation and for the broader HR team.

  • Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing needs.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 23 years relevant Reporting or Analytical experience.
  • Demonstrates continuous efforts to improve HR systems and streamline work processes.
  • HRIS system experience, preferably in Workday and NetSuite or must have aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple HR systems including ADP, Bamboo and Workday.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team while assuming responsibility; ability to prioritize.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel.
  • Global experience, supporting a team in the US would be a positive.
