Creating a high-quality UCL Lending Book and increasing the lending penetration in the UCL Loans SegmentChannel Management & Distribution


Ensure sourcing mix through channels in the most cost-effective manner, to control Cost of AcquisitionEnsure delivery of region wise disbursal volumes, revenues and yield target.

Develop and implement an appropriate sales management system to track sales force productivity & performance in line with budgetLeveraging on Marketing / Product support / Manufacturer support for enhancing business penetrationTriggering promotional activities / events such as inserts / loan melas etc.
