We assist corporates, colleges, and government organizations in fostering resilient communities.

We collaborate with prominent corporates like CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and esteemed educational institutions such as IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIM Bangalore, among others.

Our approach focuses on building a comprehensive emotional wellness program through Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling initiatives.

Our services include Product Led Engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Instant Connect With Qualified Therapists, Leadership Programs, and Manager Training.

With a clientele of over 500 partners, we have counseled more than 20 lakh individuals.


What we are looking for:

  • YourDOST seeks a Sales/Growth Manager based in Delhi-NCR committed to leveraging their expertise to promote impactful solutions and positively influence lives.
  • The ideal candidate is energetic, empathetic, and well-organized, capable of engaging potential clients, delivering tailored pitches, and closing deals effectively.
  • Responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan, identifying new business opportunities, and acquiring clients within the B2B wellness market.
  • Relationship Management entails building strong connections with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and customizing solutions accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and effectively communicate our products' value to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful client onboarding and surpass expectations.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting individual sales targets, preferably with a performance-based component.
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience.
  • Polished communication skills to engage with senior management and CXOs.
  • Genuine interest in the health and wellbeing sector.
