  • We follow a comprehensive approach towards emotional wellness, focusing on Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling.
  • Our services include product-led engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Instant Connect With Qualified Therapists, Leadership Programs, Manager Training, and more.
  • We have served over 500 clients across various sectors, counseling millions of individuals.

  • We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to lead the Experience function at YourDOST, enhancing the employee experience.
  • We are a team of problem solvers eager to progress, looking for someone to drive us forward.
  • Responsibilities include managing receivables, optimizing turnaround time, and ensuring financial records' accuracy.

What you will do:

  • Recruit and onboard employees for different roles.
  • Analyze employee trends to boost engagement and retention.
  • Create a collaborative community for continuous learning.
  • Identify gaps in team dynamics and propose effective solutions.
  • Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Enhance employee engagement and training programs.
  • Mentor junior HR team members.

Who can apply:

  • Must have a presentable and confidential personality.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related fields.
  • Proficiency in basic software tools and psychology background are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment with professionalism and discretion.
  • Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (5-day work week).
